Planned
Community Services
According to the needs of the growing community, we have planned to create an Islamic environment and to make masjid a corner stone of the community. The following are potential plans for the project.
Five Time Daily Salah
Jumuah Salah and Khutbah
(English, Bangla, and Arabic):
Janazah and Funeral Services
In the case of death of one of our brothers or sisters in Islam, a funeral services can be held at the masjid. Al Furqan Jame Masjid will arrange for the funeral prayer and burial. A full range of funeral services will be provided including:
- Transporting the body from home or hospital to Masjid’s mortuary.
- Ghusal, Kafan[shrouding], storage, and coffin for the deceased.
- Janaza Salah
- Assisting in obtaining death certificate.
Masjid Al Furqan also pre-purchased a number of burial plots (qabr) for the community. These plots (Qabr) can be purchased through a one-time payment or installment plan.
Islamic School
With the growing youth population, the need for Islamic education is rising. In these programs the fundamentals along with greater Islamic knowledge will be taught to our youth and preserved. These are the following programs:
- Weekend Program

- Hifz-ul Quran Program
- Adult Quran Program
- Youth Consoling
- Monthly Dars-e Hadith

Nikah Program
The masjid will be able to provide proper documentations by the Imam of AlFurqan Jame Masjid and services required for the nikah (marriage).
